The Winlock Timberland Library is seeking donations for their annual silent auction fundraiser, scheduled to begin Nov. 12 and run through Nov. 27.

The auction is organized by the Friends of the Winlock Library and serves as their most significant fundraising effort throughout the year, with last year’s auction raising $1,400 toward ongoing library activities.

Donations being sought include handmade and artisan crafts such as quilts, jewelry, soaps, candles, and many other locally-crafted items. Last year’s most popular item was an elaborate dollhouse donated by Librarian Barbara Lewis, and other, more exciting items are expected to be seen this year.

Those interested in donating may bring items to the library during regular operating hours. For more information, contact the library at (360) 785-3461.
