This is the fourteenth year that the Willapa Harbor Chamber of Commerce has sponsored this event. We greatly appreciate everyone that purchases a basket, especially those that do not have businesses along Third Street.
The hanging baskets add to the visual appearance of Raymond. The colors of the hanging baskets enhance our area and add to the charm of our city.
Please thank our supporters for keeping this project going.
Sincerely,
Colleen Brown
