Annual Fly-in & Oyster Feed

During the recent Fifth Annual Fly-in and Oyster Feed at the Willapa Harbor Airport the local chapter of EAA-Willapa Harbor Pilots Association served 700 Willapa oysters to hungry aviation enthusiasts from throughout the Northwest. Between 11 a.m. And 4 p.m., 16 visiting aircraft and their crews flew in and out of the airport, Pacific County's only public airport. Assisting the local pilots association were volunteers from 4-H Market Livestock Committee, including Aubree and Tanya Triplett, Dotsi Graves, and Mike and Marcy Walden.
