Natty Interiors opened late last year at the Vader-Ryderwood exit on the west side. The location is perfect for this type of business as it draws people from the freeway and also local individuals. When you walk in, you can see all the wonderful home decor.
Curious as to why they opened a home decor store, Crystal Gillette stated, "Natty Interiors opened late last year after seeing a need for a place to buy gifts and household goods locally. A unique and friendly place to grab a quick card or something fun for your home."
It was during their time at home during COVID they realized they needed to do something. Crystal continued, "During the pandemic, many of us spent much more time in our homes. We realized how important that space felt, looked and functioned. Natty Interiors offers a wide variety of styles, and products to make a house a home."
The store is outside of Toledo and Vader, along I-5, Crystal stated, "We opened here outside Toledo to be able to connect with the community. We love that we get to know our customers more personally than we would if we were located in a bigger city. Some of our customers come in just to visit with us. It has created a sense of belonging to a place with people we connect with."
They offer all types of home decor, she continued, "We strive to be a "something for everyone" type of shop. We carry everything from candles, blankets, soaps, calendars, mirrors, furniture, snacks, baby items and PNW goods, to plants, pet care, gardening and cleaning merchandise."
What to expect when you walk in the door per Crystal is, "At Natty Interiors you enter a clean and well displayed shop with friendly people. Everyone is welcome and we love to meet our customers. We believe that old fashioned customer service is still important."
There are a total of 25 local vendors all under one roof at 431 State Route 506 in Toledo.
