This week’s suspect is Larry M. Bowen Jr., 51, of Toledo, who is wanted by Lewis County District Court on a $10,000 after failing to appear for a review hearing related to his failure to pay fines for a conviction of DUI. His last known address is on the 200 block of Evans Rd.
