Each year the members of the Winolequa Garden Club hold a plant and baked goods sale to raise monies for a scholarship to be awarded to a Winlock graduating senior. For the year 2020 a $3000 scholarship will be awarded to a student who has been accepted by an accredited college or university in the study of one the following: horticulture, botany, environmental science, agriculture or related sciences. Those students enrolled in an educational or nursing course of study will also be considered. Application for the scholarship must be submitted by April 30, 2020. Notification of the award of the Scholarship will be made by May 10, 2020. Scholarship monies not claimed by the recipient by March 1 of 2021 will revert back to Winolequa Garden Club.

Share why this merit Scholarship would be meaningful to you. Page 6: Include four recommendations: Two from high school and two from non-family members.
