It's time for the 15th Annual Winlock Pickerfest, July 9-12 at Winolequa Park. This years line up will be David Grier, Fern Hill, Rio Con Brio, Roosevelt Road and Aarun and Jonathon (Well Sprung). This event attracts some of the best pickers around the area. The cost is $10 for Saturday and Sunday ($7 for WAMA members) and Sunday is free. What could be more beautiful than sitting in the park, listening to a group of musicians while they are picking away? They also have camping available at $10 per night, which goes to support the park. If you get a chance, stop by and enjoy the sound of the pickers!
