Two sentences, one dismissal and two warrants were issued by Judge Steven Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court on Thursday.
Darin C. Penfield, 51, of Minot, N.D., pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from fourth-degree assault, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 83 days suspended and seven days credited for time served. He was also fined $600 with $400 suspended.
Michael R. Sager, 28, of Onalaska, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He was also fined $800 with $400 suspended.
Additionally, a charge of violating a no-contact order against Sager was dismissed at the request of the prosecuting attorney.
A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Shawn L. Clark, 51, of Winlock, after failing to appear for sentencing. Clark has pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, third degree.
A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Barbara L. Fisher, 49, of Winlock, after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing. Fisher is facing a charge of hit-and-run.
