Warrants and Sentencing

One sentence and three warrants were issued by Judge Steven Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court on Thursday.

Matthew J. Madoche, 37, of Centralia, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended and a fine of $200.

A $2,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of John D. Munson, 49, of Winlock, after failing to appear for arraignment related to a charge of failing to transfer a vehicle title within 45 days of sale.

A $2,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Candice M. Stidd, 22, of Chehalis, after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing in connection with a charge of third-degree driving while license suspended.

A $3,000 warrant was issued for the arrest of Andrew K. Wheeler, 30, of Castle Rock, after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing in connection with charges of violating a no-contact order and second-degree criminal trespass.
