Verda May Hudnall

Verda married Robert W. Hudnall in South Bend, March 5, 1948; he passed away in 1993. Later she met Merne Heath, and they spent 11 happy years together, he passed in 2009.
She worked for Eastpoint Seafood for 40 years and also cooked for the former Wagon Wheel Café in Raymond.
Verda enjoyed crocheting, working in her yard and tending to her flowers. She loved spending time with her grand kids; Verda also had a special love for her pets and all animals.
She is survived by three daughters, Vi (Percy) Littlejohn of Raymond, Sandra O’Shaughnessy of Raymond and Tammy (Tom) Wetterauer also of Raymond; a son, Robert W. (Trish) Hudnall Jr. of Tumwater; a sister, Rose (Don) Myers of South Bend. Nine grandchildren, Pegi Littlejohn, Brandi Huber, Chris O’Shaughnessy, Stacy Hudnall, Jacob Hudnall and Crystal Hudnall, Justin Pedrazzetti and Derrick Pedrazzetti, also survive Verda. One grandchild, Nathan Hudnall, preceded her in death. Also surviving her are seven great grandchildren, Chelsey Littlejohn, Michaela Huber, Madison Huber, Grace Huber, Carli O’Shaughnessy, Misty Hudnall and Steven Pedrazzetti; two nieces, Linda Kane and Theresa Merkel and a very special caregiver, Rick Ping.
Memorial Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, at Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond with a luncheon to follow at the Raymond Elks. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Harry’s House c/o HAVA Heart, P.O. Box 243, Raymond, WA 98577.
