“Nutrition is not just about food, it is about freedom from fad diets, vitamin deficiency, excessive medical bills and confusing medical information,” Drake said.
The first class includes a taster’s buffet and handouts. It will be held from 6- 9 p.m. at Calvary Fellowship of Raymond, 618 Elm Street. The cost is $10 person/$15 per couple. For additional information and to pre-register for the tasters buffet, contact Ann Rockett at 934-5720.
