McClain was Investigated for Election Violations

One thing they always agree about is the need for "Due Diligence". Has the Chief done his?

Is Chief Eastham aware that Mr. McClain was investigated for election violations by Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney Gregory Zempel in 2008?

Did the Chief read the report where Mr. Zempel wrote:

"The actions of Commissioner McClain, while not criminal were troubling, as they reflect upon the integrity of an election. The actions are also troubling because of his position as an elected official, and more importantly as a member of the Canvassing Board."
