CR man booked for order violation

A Castle Rock man was booked on multiple charges related to a protection order violation in Vader Saturday, according to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.

Andrew K. Wheeler, 30, was contacted on the 1100 block of SR 506 walking along the railroad tracks with his 28-year-old girlfriend, of Vader, who has a no-contact order against Wheeler.

When questioned about their trespassing on the tracks, as BNSF does not allow such pedestrian traffic, Wheeler allegedly gave false information to deputies regarding his identity, but eventually admitted who he was and was booked into the Lewis County Jail for violation of a protection order, criminal trespass and driving while license suspended, second degree.

Chehalis man booked after home invastion

A Chehalis man is facing multiple charges after invading the home of his ex-girlfriend near Winlock Friday, according to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.

Sean M. Reily, 23, was contacted after he allegedly was passing the house of his ex-girlfriend, a 23-year-old Winlock woman, on the 100 block of Allman Rd., south of Winlock, and saw an individual described as an old friend of Reily’s, a 23-year-old Winlock male, in the house with the female and became enraged.

Reily allegedly forced his way through the front door, though the female victim attempted to close the door on him, and entered the residence, throwing a TV on the ground on his way toward the male victim.

Once approaching the victim, Reily assaulted him, causing the female victim to contact a neighbor to help break up the fight. After the fight was ended and Reily began leaving the residence, he stomped on the TV, breaking it, then went into the driveway and slashed both of the victims’ tires.

Reily was contacted later that day by deputies who booked him into the Lewis County Jail for second-degree burglary, fourth-degree domestic assault and second-degree malicious mischief.
