Deputies arrested local resident Kyle E. Rogers, 33, after a brief standoff in Winlock on Jan. 19, according to the Lewis County Sheriff's Office.
Rogers had been wanted on suspicion of multiple felonies as well as a Department of Corrections warrant for escaping community custody, and had even been featured Jan. 10 on Washington's Most Wanted.
Deputies made contact with Rogers on the 900 block of Byham Rd. while attempting to execute his outstanding warrants, and Rogers surrendered peacefully. He has since pleaded not guilty on Jan. 22 to a charge of second-degree robbery, regarding a Vader-area theft in November, and is being held on $50,000 bail.
