Cedric Ritchey loves to race

Cedric Ritchey is only 7 years old and he is living his dream of racing. Cedric, son of Jonathon and Mary has been racing since his 5th birthday and he has been having fun ever since. You can see it in his face when he talks about racing his cars, this is what he loves to do. He has been racing 120 cu, 160 cu and box stock cars. No matter which car he is in, he is winning races.

Once again, several members from Raymond Police Department, South Bend Police Department, Pacific County Sheriff's Office, Washington State Patrol and Shoalwater Police Department went the extra mile for kids with the Shop With A Cop venture.

"Shop With A Cop was awesome as usual," Raymond Police Chief Chuck Spoor told the Herald.

Two stolen vehicles recovered
Two stolen vehicles recovered

If you're not going to lock your vehicle after you get out of it, it's a good idea to not leave your keys in it...as three vehicles were stolen in 2022 while parked near the same local business.

"Yes, there was a van stolen from in front of Dennis Company around noon December 19," Raymond Police Chief Chuck Spoor confirmed for the Herald. "The keys were left in the vehicle on the console."
