Willapa Harbor Tri-District runners shook the dust off to start the season at the Ocosta Invitational cross country meet last Saturday. The weather was unseasonably warm for Westport for the competing teams including Willapa Valley, Raymond, South Bend, Hoquiam, Orting, Elma, Forks, Onalaska, North Beach, and the host Ocosta.
