Last Monday, June 16, the Raymond City Council discussed a plethora of issues currently facing the city. The Council passed a second reading of the revised medical cannabis laws.

What kinds of health problems do geriatricians treat? My mother, who’s 80, takes several different medications for various health problems, but she hasn’t been feeling herself lately. I’m wondering if she would benefit by seeing a geriatrician in place of her regular family doctor.

Paul Philpots, the relatively new director of the Pacific County Economic Development Council, has been working on some long-term economic projects since taking over. New strategies and further development on projects will become more visible in 2015, Philpots explained.

Yoga at DSHS
Integral Hatha Yoga meets Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at the DSHS building in South Bend. Classes for Beginners + are from 10:30-11:45 on Monday and Wednesday and 9-10:15 Saturday.
