Winlock will be hosting a spaghetti feed and live auction this Saturday to benefit resident Trent Swanson and his family as Swanson recovers from a life-threatening battle with influenza.
Diagnosed in January, Swanson has had to endure costly medical treatments, including a medically-induced coma, but has since been able to move back home with his family. The benefit, organized by local auctioneer Chastity Clark, is hoping to raise funds to help pay for such treatments, as well as help Swanson’s family recoup costs for transportation and housing while Swanson was hospitalized.
