SOUTH BEND – Trisha Belcher, the former municipal court clerk for the city of South Bend, pled not guilty to theft in the first degree with aggravating factors, a felony, in Superior Court Friday afternoon.
The Pacific County PUD has come under fire from ratepayers who demand to see their tax dollars put to good work. However, when this year’s eager and diligent leading crew of Doug Hamilton, Michelle Layman, and Kaylee Hanson took the reigns, it quickly became clear that this year’s festival would in fact be “off the hook”! It seems, as though just about everyone will be involved one way or another.
