Crime Victims Awareness Week runs from April 21st through the 27th. This is a nationally recognized event dedicated to promoting crime victim's rights as well as honoring those who advocate on their behalf.

One of the three deaths was an 8-year-old boy. It seems about every six months there’s either a terrorist act or some mass murderer on the loose shooting up people before killing themselves. Why can’t these lost souls just go somewhere and blow themselves away?
