South Bend nipped Raymond, 63-62, in the girls’ portion of the Willapa Harbor Tri-District Meet, Thursday at a wet and breezy Don Weisel Oval track. Willapa Valley pulled up the rear with 51 points.

SOUTH BEND – Raymond stormed past its rival at the windy, rainy Don Weisel Oval in South Bend during Thursday’s Tri-District Meet before a crowd of about 275. The Seagulls of head coach Mike Tully tabulated 110 points, which almost doubled the total output of Willapa Valley (40) and South Bend (25).
