Warrants & Sentencing

One sentence and three warrants were issued by Judge Steven Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court on Thursday.

Candice M. Stidd, 22, of Chehalis, pleaded guilty to third-degree driving while license suspended and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 86 days suspended and four days credited for time served. She was also fined $600 with $300 suspended.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Mark A. Cross, 22, of Winlock, after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing regarding a charge of third-degree driving while license suspended.

A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Travis R. Growden, 34, of Winlock, after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing regarding a charge of third-degree driving while license suspended.

A $3,000 warrant was issued for the arrest of Daryl J. Munsen, 49, of Winlock after failing to appear for arraignment regarding a charge of failing to transfer a vehicle title within 45 days.
