Three sentences and four warrants were issued by Judge Steven Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court on Thursday.
Lincoln D. Buchan, 50, of Kalama, pleaded guilty to third-degree driving while license suspended and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 days suspended and one day credited for time served. He was also fined $800 with $400 suspended.
Robert J. DePriest, 29, of Castle Rock, pleaded guilty to third-degree driving while license suspended and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He was also fined $800 with $300 suspended.
Robert D. Hyatt Jr., 43, of Kalama, had pleaded guilty to third-degree driving while license suspended and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He was also fined $1,000.
A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Teresa D. Bartley, 44, of Tumwater, after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing related to a charge of third-degree theft.
A $2,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Barbara L. Fisher, 50, of Winlock, after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing related to a charge of hit-and-run.
A $1,500 warrant was issued for the arrest of Robert L. Love, 63, of Winlock, after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing related to a charge of third-degree driving while license suspended.
A $3,000 warrant was issued for the arrest of Daryl J. Munson, 49, of Winlock, after failing to appear for a pre-trial hearing related to a charge of failing to transfer a vehicle title within 45 days.
