Four sentences and one warrant were issued by Judge Steven Buzzard during Winlock Municipal Court on Thursday.

Alyx C De Los Santos, 47, of Longview, was found guilty of violating a no-contact order after failing to comply with the terms of a diversion agreement and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended and two days credited for time served. She was also fined $800 with $400 suspended.

Penny E. Hughes, 53, of Longview, had failed to comply with the terms of her conviction for DUI and was sentenced to 20 days in jail with two days credited for time served, followed by 20 days of electronic home monitoring. She was also ordered to pay $2,270 in fines and court costs.

Jason R Rayfield, 30, of Vader, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He was also fined $400 with $200 suspended.

Brett T. Watkins, 37, of Winlock, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He was also fines $400 with $200 suspended.

A $5,000 warrant was issued for the arrest of Kayla M. Horsley, 25, of Pyuallup, after failing to appear for a show cause hearing related to her previous conviction of minor in possession of alcohol.
