A Toledo man has been arrested again on multiple charges related to the alleged molestation of a young relative, according to the Lewis County Prosecutor's Office.
Michael S. Oullette, 53, was arrested Thursday after the 15-year-old female victim had contacted her 21-year-old sister on Facebook and described inappropriate contact Oullette had forced on her during the last year involving the suspect repeatedly fondling her breasts while making such alleged statements as, "If you are uncomfortable with this I won't do it," and telling the victim her body was "kinda hard to resist," according to court documents.
During investigation it was learned the victim had informed her mother of the abuse last spring and, in response, was sent to live with her older sister during the summer, having returned to Toledo only to attend high school. A journal entry by the victim detailing an incident in December was also destroyed by her mother, who claimed such writings were a "ploy [by the victim] to get out of the house," according to court documents.
Though Oullette denied the allegations to deputies, he was arrested for third-degree child molestation, first-degree child molestation and second-degree incest and, as of press time, was released on $250,000 bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned this Thursday.
Court documents noted he was previously convicted in 2008 of third-degree child molestation and second-degree incest for assaulting the sister of the victim in 2007.
