More Questions Need to be Asked on the Man-lift Debacle

I have some questions: who loaded the man-lift on the trailer? Who was driving the truck or vehicle that was towing the trailer? Was the tow vehicle damaged? Was the driver certified to operate the vehicle? How much damage was done to the trailer? Was the operator of the tow vehicle reprimanded? Just because this was supposed to be on private property, this could not have caused the trailer and man-lift to just ROLLOVER.  Maybe some of the blame should go on operator error. Maybe the person who took the picture was the driver, and trying to pass the buck? Were any of these questions asked?

If these so called ratepayers and part owners are so concerned now, where were they at 10 years ago? Maybe this small group of ratepayers, if they want information so bad, they should hire there own attorney, present there case and bring a lawsuit against the PUD and have there own private attorney request a subpoena, but after 10 years, they might get in the front door.

As for the rates and service, I see nothing wrong with them. I enjoy flipping the light switch and the lights come on. I think you ratepayers should be worried about the shaft we are getting over the water, sewer and garbage rates. If you do not like the rates or service the PUD is providing, there is always the alternative, you can pull the plug and find you own source of power.

My last question: is this a personnel vendetta against a certain manger?
