Lent Soup & Services

Wednesday night soup suppers and services during the church season of Lent, the time of preparation for Easter. A simple supper of soup and bread will be served at 6 pm, followed by a time of prayer, song, and a Bible-based drama at approximately 6:35. The evening is free and open to the public. A free-will offering will be received to support the WHMA's emergency assistance fund.

The next supper will be held Wednesday, March 19, at Willapa United Methodist Church on Willapa 1st Street in Old WIllapa. Wednesday, March 26, Saint Lawrence Catholic Church will host at 1114 Blake Street in Raymond.  April 2, the supper will return to the green church in South Bend as Saint John Episcopal Church hosts the evening at First Lutheran Church. First Baptist Church of Raymond will host the final soup supper of the season on April 9 at 913 Duryea Street.  Call 875-5700 for more information.
