Herald Reader Appreciates Hard Work from Citizen

I know that it was done with the coming Willapa Festival in mind, but it was also done become there was a need and a desire from two local citizens to give back to their community.

Denny Porter, with lots of labor, and a love of landscaping, went above and beyond to create a beautiful park area by the Carriage Museum. It has taken lots of time and well worth your efforts, Denny. 

Senja Antilla, with much passion and energy has worked to pressure wash, weed, put in planters, etc, etc., all over downtown to show her pride in her hometown. I am glad that you came back to town, Senja.
