Get ready for new choices

As the 2015 election year fast approaches there are 51 open positions in several cities and at several levels of local government. 11 city council positions plus to mayor slots, 23 commissioner positions for ports, hospitals, water, sewer and fire districts, as well as school boards will have 15 open positions.

Filing for any open position closes on May 15, interested parties wishing to throw their hat in the ring need to contact the Pacific County Auditors Office at (360) 875-9317.
