On May 8 all Washington State Parks will be having a fee free day. The theme is "Sunday Spring Day." Take advantage of the beautiful spring weather to take this Sunday with your family and enjoy the beautiful scenery the state of Washington has. A Discover Pass is not required for entry into the parks. One of the local state parks, Lewis and Clark State Park, is always a good site for camping and attracts many people throughout the late spring and summer from inside and outside the state. For more information, visit the State of Washington State Parks website. The next fee free day will be June 4th which is National Trails Day.
