Coroner seeking public's help

The Lewis County Coroner's Office (LCCO) and the Chehalis Police Department (CPD) are asking for the public's assistance in trying to locate next of kin for the skeletal remains found in the wooded area off Kresky Avenue in Chehalis on Feb. 24.

The decedent has been identified as Sara Candice, age 56, from the Twin City area. All attempts by the LCCO and CPD to locate next of kin have been unsuccessful.
