The following Washington State Department of Transportation construction and maintenance projects are expected to have some travel impacts within Pacific County. Motorists are encouraged to use caution when traveling in these areas and remember to " give 'em a brake " in construction zones.
CONSTRUCTION: US 101 - Bone River Bridge Replacement (mileposts 41.70 to 45.32); Traffic Impacts: Traffic is reduced to a single, alternating lane with a temporary traffic signal. NOTE: The speed limit on US 101 through the project area is temporarily reduced to 25 mph. This project replaces the Bone River Bridge in Pacific County. SR 100 and Spur - Paving (SR 100 mileposts 0.0 to 4.68; SR 100 Spur mileposts 2.95 to 3.56); Traffic Impacts: No scheduled traffic impacts. This project repairs and preserves more than four miles of SR 100 in Ilwaco. For more information contact the project office.
SR 105, Smith Creek and North River - Bridge Replacements (mileposts 16.25 to 13.65); Traffic Impacts: Monday, Feb. 4 to Friday, Feb. 8: Daytime single lane and shoulder closures with flaggers throughout the project area. NOTE: Traffic will be reduced to a single lane with a temporary singal control across the Smith Creek Bridge 24 hours-per-day. The speed limit has been reduced to 25 mph within project limits. This project replaces both the Smith Creek and North River Bridges in Pacific County. For more information contact the project office.
