The Montesano man accused of supporting ISIS may have his trial pushed back to December. A motion to continue the current date was filed on April 18 was filed by the federal public defenders of the case. The motion was filed on March 16. The motion asks that the new date of the trial be continued sometime before December of 2016. The additional time will give the defense on the case more time to review evidence.

On Easter Sunday, three people with outstanding warrants were found and arrested in a Winlock home. This home had false walls where one of the men was found and a hiding place in the garage where two other people were found.

The Raymond City Council met on Monday, April 4 for the regular bi-monthly meeting. The council had a full audience, as every seat was filled in the public section.
