Lewis County trial expected

A Pacific County deputy accused of multiple felonies related to bribery and extortion is expected to be tried in Lewis County, with a preliminary appearance scheduled for July 22.
Willapa Harbor Hospital is pleased to announce that Dr. Claudia Sloan has joined the Pacific Family Health Clinic as of June 16.
In the late evening hours last Friday, four Oregon men, one of which was a registered sex offender, and one of which was an ex-convict, were detained after Pacific County Sheriff Scott Johnson witnessed an explosion in the 5700 block of U.S. 101.

Last week’s Young Adult of the Month article listed Samantha Metcalf’s GPA at New York University as 3.69. She actually graduated with a Masters of Social Work with a 3.96 GPA.
