Willapa Valley's girls nosed by host North Beach by two points at a four-team track and field competition last Thursday at Oyehut. The Vikings won with 97 points. Mary M. Knight was third with 17, and Taholah scored a mere 6 points.

Raymond routed the oppostion in the boys' portion of the Seagulls' home track and field meet last Thursday. The Gulls scored 254 to easily outdistance second-place Ocosta's output of 87. Rounding out the field were Wishkah Valley (64), South Bend (53), Naselle (51), North River (2).
