Senator Hatfield’s Speech on two-third’s majority caused him to state that his constituents don’t trust him. “They don’t trust us and we have to do a lot to build that trust back up,” he stated.
Lifelong Raymond resident, Odessa (Jones) Ekman, passed away at the Willapa Harbor Care Center on March 4, 2013, at the age of 91. She was born on May 7, 1921 in Raymond to Wiley and Addie Jones.

I have been looking at the PUD No. 2 rate structures for the past several months, obtaining information and researching Pacific County census data. I presented my finding to the PUD #2 Commissioners on March 5, 2013.
