The 2013 Willapa Harbor Festival could be cancelled if a new chairperson is not found. Former chairperson Carole Halsan has resigned and she is looking for someone to take over the organization of the festival.

Alcohol ignition interlocks in Washington will soon have a feature designed to prevent others from performing breath tests for the driver. Starting January 1, 2013, a camera will snap a picture every time the machine is used, verifying that the driver is the person who took the test.

Yoga meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the DSHS building in South Bend.
