Hazel E. Priest

On January 20, 2013 Hazel E. Priest went to be with our Lord while at Willapa Harbor Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a publicly professing follower of Jesus, she was reunited in Heaven, after more than 10 years of patient waiting, with her husband Grant (1913-2001) who had preceded her in death. 

Hazel was born near Milton-Freewater, Oregon on January 26, 1915 to Floyd and Mattie Fox and attended

It was a cold, dark and rainy morning in Raymond in 1966 when the Willapa Harbor Lions decided to have a new fundraiser by selling calendars with people’s names printed on a date square for their birthday or anniversary. So this year will be the 47th year for the annual calendar.
