All Special Election measures passing, so far

Initial ballot counts are in and, so far, all measures proposed for the Feb. 10 Special Election are passing.

A maintenance and operations levy for the Castle Rock School District is passing with 57.5 percent approval.

A technology and capital projects levy for the Castle Rock School District is passing with 57.58 percent approval.

A maintenance and operations levy for the Evaline School District is passing with 74.32 percent approval.

A maintenance and operations levy for the Toledo School District is passing with 54.76 percent approval.

An EMS levy for Lewis County Fire District 2, in Toledo, is passing with 77.92 percent approval.

According to the most recent updates from the Lewis County Auditor's Office, roughly 700 ballots remains to be counted and more up-to-date figures are expected by this evening. The Cowlitz County Auditor's Office reports 60 ballots remain to be counted, with an update expected tomorrow evening.

Final results are expected to be certified on Feb. 27 by the Washington Secretary of State's Office.
