The writer states that they received a large grant from the government and that, “The foundations philosophy of TAC is that teens will seek advice from their peers and instead of adults deciding what should be done to positively impact their lives”

This is a very good way to give more control of your family and your lives to the control of the government.

What is going on with other established teen advocacy groups right now is the usurping of parental authority in big ways.  For example, these teen advocates, not teenagers themselves, will have access to your kids at public schools. Who finds out first when a young girl is pregnant the parents or the teens friends?

The writer also states that they are connected with mental health people {DSHS}.

Here is what will happen: the young girl will be talked into and walked into an abortion before the parents ever find out she is pregnant; after all, our State Senator and Representatives will not sign the parental notification bills put before them every year. Yes you will find their pictures of the state leaders on the website{www.facebook.com/teensdvocaycoalition.}They do not care about the moral values the parent’s try to instill in their children.

When harm is done to the child and family victims be dammed.

Take note of this! “Good intentions are always pleaded for any assumption of authority; it is not too much to say that the constitution was made to guard us against are elected officials good intentions.”

I was told a year ago by a school board member in South Bend that they have families that are so low on money that if their child misses the school bus that they don’t have the money for gas to drive them to school.

If you want to help and not hurt the good people with our tax money then do so.
